THE DREAM
A 5K starts every hour, on the hour.
You may begin the next lap only if you finish the current lap within one hour;
finishing early gives you the remaining time to rest.
Failing to complete even one lap within the hour ends your race.
The events are 6-hour, 12-hour and 24-hour races.
Course is the trail section, run repeatedly on the same loop.

Streets lined with cheers, runners all around.
You'll be part of that scene.

Know the course and time limit, and race day comes into focus.
We have not confirmed the start line coordinates yet.
The race starts at 7715 Forest Hill Boulevard in West Palm Beach.
Runners complete repeated loops, with the loop start serving as the base camp.
The surface is a hilly trail made up of dirt, rocks and exposed tree roots, with paved and gravel sections in places.
The organisers note that conditions vary for course, so no loop is exactly 5km;
each is made as close to 5km as possible.
Times are recorded separately for every lap.
After all laps are completed, the times are added together, and the fastest combined time among the men and women determines first place in each category.
Finishers are listed on the national leaderboard, and the top five men and women in the six-hour event in each city qualify for the season-ending championship.
This race is one stop on the Outlast Circuit, which travels across the United States.
The Miami event offers six-hour, 12-hour and 24-hour races.

No train/bus station nearby — venue is Okeeheelee Park South, 7715 Forest Hill Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33413, a suburban park reachable only by car
OUTLAST is a timed-loop ultra (6/12/24-hour challenges), not a point-to-point race, so there is a single start/finish area at the park.
Note: despite the name 'OUTLAST MIAMI', the venue is in West Palm Beach — the organizer's naming quirk.
