The road to your own record
Picture the course in advance
and find the pace that fits you.

The city you want to run becomes your next trip.

THE DREAM
It will be held every year starting in 2023.
It will be held in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh, India.
Running at 3,000m (10,000 feet) above sea level — literally running above the clouds.
As the scenery is great, the level of difficulty is also high.
Runners gather from all over the world, and it is growing along with local tourism.
Picture the course in advance
and find the pace that fits you.
Streets lined with cheers, runners all around.
You'll be part of that scene.
Take it slow with the finish still in you,
and meet the city all over again.
From the joy of finishing to the tough moments — read what runners wrote themselves.
“My cousin and mom were at the stadium to watch me finish.”It was tough with only 57 hours to acclimatize to the altitude, but the runner completed the Tawang marathon in 6 hours and 33 minutes. The runner’s family was waiting at the finish stadium.
We translated a short line from each public race report and summarized the experience. Finish times are as stated by the author, and past editions may differ from this year's weather and operations.
Preview the course and read what runners who went before you wrote.
