About Yeosu Nangdo Trail — what makes it special

ABOUT THE RACE

A day you'll remember,
long past the finish line.

It is a healing trail run that loops around Nangdo,

a pristine island featuring tens-of-millions-of-years-old Cretaceous dinosaur footprint fossil sites and the blue scenery of the archipelago.

It is held on September 19, 2026, as a 13km event, starting from the parking lot in front of the Hwajeong-myeon Nangdo Branch Office in Yeosu, Jeollanam-do.

No subway - take a Yeosu city bus toward Hwayang (service is very infrequent) or drive via Nangdo Bridge

Yeosu does not have a subway, and Nando is an island connected to the mainland by a bridge, so public transportation is very rare. Transportation cards such as T-money can be used on Yeosu city buses, but due to poor accessibility, using a private car is virtually essential.
