The previous edition (2025) started at the East Gate of Dongfang City Cultural Square on Wenlin Middle Road and followed major city roads including Fulong Middle Road,

Jiefang East Road, and Donghai Road as a course.

Fixed medical stations were placed at intervals of approximately 2.5 km at course locations to support runner safety.

Grade: CAA Grade A

Per prior editions (2024, 2025), the Dongfang Half Marathon starts at the East Gate of Dongfang City Cultural Square, Dongfang, Hainan. Could not confirm 2026-specific Nov 22 date details from the official site; using per-prior-edition (2025) location pattern.

Based on the previous edition, participation was 6,000 for the half marathon and 6,000 for the health run (approximately 6 km), for a total of 12,000 runners.

Race-material collection begins two days before the event, and race-day collection is not available, so runners must collect in advance.

Identity verification is required, so collection by proxy is generally prohibited.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, while participants aged 65 and over must be accompanied by an immediate family member and sign together.

Because parking is limited, the organisers recommend public transport, including buses 16 and 18.
