So on race morning, you can just run.
Shuttle bus from KINTEX Station on GTX-A/Daegok Sosa Line (adjacent to Exhibition Hall 2), or Daehwa Station on Subway Line 3
The location is Hall 7 and 8, Exhibition Hall 2, KINTEX, Ilsan. The subway station access information is based on the generally known location of KINTEX Station and has not been directly confirmed on the official competition site (the official site runable.me cannot be accessed due to a 403 error).
The date (2026-08-01, Day1 Saturday) was confirmed through web search (Marathon GO, etc.). The official site cannot be viewed directly due to a 403 error.
Insiderun S is held at KINTEX in Ilsan/Goyang, reachable via Kintex station on the GTX-A line or city bus from Seoul. Use a T-money card, purchasable at nearby convenience stores or any subway station and loaded with cash; foreign contactless bank cards don't yet tap directly for fare payment.
Your start time, fuel and bag drop.
Know them ahead and the run feels easier.
It's a midsummer competition. Heat and humidity are big variables.
Even if you start early, don't skip the water and avoid being too greedy for recording.
The distance is short so the burden is not great, but as long as you watch out for the initial over pace, it is enough to complete the course.
