Start line is the boat ramp at First Landing State Park.
Course is a two-lap loop returning to the same point, with only about 1 mile of paved road in total between the start and finish.
The rest is hard-packed dirt trail.
There is one event: the 50K.
The race does not provide cups, so the organizers recommend bringing a water bottle and a collapsible cup.

Streets lined with cheers, runners all around.
You'll be part of that scene.
Take it slow with the finish still in you,

From the joy of finishing to the tough moments — read what runners wrote themselves.
“It only took me 22 miles to find my groove.”Mud, slippery bridges, water shortages, and back pain made the 2018 Seashore Nature Trail 50km tough for Megan. After realizing she had misunderstood time limit, she rallied and ran almost all of the final stretch to finish.
“It was not a PR, but I was very happy with the result.”A fast early pace left this runner tired and walking hills at the Seashore Nature Trail 50km, but recovery allowed an acceleration on the final road stretch. Finishing in 5 hours, 56 minutes, 59 seconds fell short of personal best, yet the runner was satisfied.
We translated a short line from each public race report and summarized the experience. Finish times are as stated by the author, and past editions may differ from this year's weather and operations.

First Landing State Park was formerly called Seashore State Park.
