Streets lined with cheers, runners all around.
You'll be part of that scene.
Take it slow with the finish still in you,
and meet the city all over again.
From the joy of finishing to the tough moments — read what runners wrote themselves.
“During the National Day Run, I realized that what works for other people doesn't necessarily help me run comfortably and happily.”
At Hong Kong's National Day Run, the runner listened to music while racing for the first time, but lost concentration and fell behind clubmates. Switching off the music and accelerating again brought a good result and an award, highlighting the value of regular practice and finding a running approach that suits you.
