Based on the previous edition (2024), full marathon starts at Wuyi Square, passes along Dawangfeng North Road and Chongxi East Road,
turns back once at the Duba Scenic Town,
then retraces Chongxi East Road and turns back again in front of the Chishi Uprising Martyrs Cemetery.
It then passes Wuyi Bridge, Wuyi Avenue, Anguo Avenue and Baihua Road, turns around near the Wuyishan Concert Hall, and continues via Ruijiang Road, Yungu Road,
Guanshatian Road,
Xingxian Road and Renzhi Road before returning to Baihua Road and Anguo Avenue for the final turnaround in front of Wuyishan Tianyan Tea Factory.
The route then passes along Guigao Highway, Guixing Highway, Lantang Bridge and Yunu Peak Road,
follows Dawangfeng North Road, and returns to Wuyi Square, forming a long out-and-back course.
Half marathon is a shorter course that uses only the Duba Road and Wuyi Avenue sections before passing the finish at Wuyi Hancheng.
The health run passes Dawangfeng North Road and Jiulong Bay before finishing at Wuyi Shuixiu Theater.

Participant Packet Pickup pickup information has not yet been announced.
Chinese races typically announce the pickup location and time through their official WeChat account 1–2 weeks before the race; participants generally must bring their own ID, and proxy pickup is not permitted.
City-level access only: Wuyishan Airport has domestic flights; high-speed rail stations at Wuyishan North (武夷山北) and Nanping City connect nationwide; local buses and tourist shuttle lines reach the scenic attractions. No specific start-line station/shuttle info published for 2026 (registration not yet open).

At the previous race (2024), race materials were distributed over two days,
December 20-21, with particularly crowded pickup on December 21 afternoon, so distributed visits were recommended.
Materials must be picked up by the participant themselves with ID, passport, or travel documents—no proxy pickup is allowed.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis with a capacity cutoff,
and specific course segment cut-off point passage time limit are set, requiring withdrawal from course if missed per race official guidance.
Transportation includes Wuyi Mountain Airport connecting major domestic cities,
high-speed rail at Wuishan North and Nanping stations linking nationwide, and access to attractions via city buses and dedicated sightseeing routes.
