Participants range from runners chasing a personal best to those running casually.

Streets lined with cheers, runners all around.
You'll be part of that scene.
Take it slow with the finish still in you,
and meet the city all over again.
From the joy of finishing to the tough moments — read what runners wrote themselves.
“I set a new personal best of 1 hour 52 minutes 50 seconds.”
As this race takes place inside the Sagami General Depot, a US military base, identity verification and a security check were required. The course was almost flat, but the heat caused the runner’s pace to drop after 17 km. The runner set a personal best of 1 hour 52 minutes 50 seconds.
