an individual category (3,100 participants), and a family category (600 participants, 300 pairs).

This is a 5.5km fun run held in Lhasa, the “City of the Sun,” at 3,650m.
Starting from the Tibet Autonomous Region Convention Center Plaza, the event has inline skating (300 runners),
individual (3,100 runners), and family (600 runners) categories, for a total of 4,000 participants.
Entry fee starts at 60 yuan, making this an accessible, community-festival-style event.

Lhasa has a city bus network with fares of about 1 to 2 RMB paid in cash, but no dedicated rechargeable transit card for tourists;
taxis are widely used instead.
Foreign visitors generally need a licensed guide and permits to travel in Tibet outside Lhasa city limits,
so most race-related transport is arranged through a tour operator rather than independent public transit.

The Convention Center Plaza is close to the Planning and Construction Exhibition Hall bus stop.
Lhasa has no subway.
At 3,650m, even a short-distance race demands caution, and sudden pace should be avoided.
For safety, travelers should spend several days acclimatizing after arriving in Lhasa before racing.
UV exposure is extremely strong, so a hat and sunscreen are essential.
